About
Kali Lab focuses on developing novel oligomeric, polymeric, and supramolecular drug delivery systems. Our main focus is on native and modified cyclodextrins, as well as cyclodextrin-based supramolecular polymer assemblies called polyrotaxanes. Additionally, we work with natural and synthetic polymer-based systems, such as polysaccharides, polyesters, and polyterpenes.
The projects include thiol and unsaturated macromolecules, but other functionalities, such as those with cell-penetrating peptides, are also of interest.
